The Toxics in Packaging Clearinghouse (TPCH) supports and coordinates the implementation of state toxics in packaging laws to minimize the administrative process for states and the regulated community and to maintain consistency and uniformity in the administration and enforcement of state laws that are based on the Model Toxics in Packaging Legislation. The TPCH serves as a forum for joint consideration of exemptions and clarifications among states, and as a central point of contact and resource for processing information requests and preparing and disseminating educational materials.
