Non-member states may attend one or two meetings and conference calls as guests. To continue to attend, the state must pay dues to become a member. - Foreign Government: $1,000
Dues are to cover cost of mailings and other administrative costs and do not include the additional costs of attending face to face meetings, which may be assessed separately.
